Hack Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is a vibrant global community of young creators, hackers, and makers who are passionate about technology and innovation. We provide a supportive environment for teenagers to explore their interests, learn new skills, and collaborate on projects. At Hack Club, we believe in empowering young people to pursue their passions and develop their talents.

As Social Media Manager/Producer your role will be to produce and manage Hack Clubs video content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Creating weekly short-form videos, conducting interviews with community members, and ensuring consistent video output.

Responsibilities

Create 4 short-form videos per week for social media platforms.

Publish 3-4 short-form videos per week from content creators.

Conduct 1-2 interviews each week with Hack Club members showcasing their projects.

Produce and publish one long-form video per month on the Hack Club YouTube channel.

Post at least 35 videos per month across all platforms.

Coordinate with content creators (Kin) to ensure they have the support for making videos and ensuring they are getting the payments needed through HCB for videos.

Travel to events capturing updated footage of what happens in Hack Club to turn into videos

Skills and Qualifications
